about
We built Automotive AI for dealers, not for software people. The vocabulary, the workflows, the objection scripts. All of it comes from the floor.
origin
Joshua came up in small-town Alberta. He made the leap from vehicle delivery into sales and built his career on the floor. Cold calls, follow-ups, objection handling. The unglamorous discipline that turns a database of names into deals.
He saw every problem dealerships face from the inside: inconsistent follow-up, databases full of untouched contacts, duct-taped tools, high turnover, 14-hour days just to stay average. The best closers worked harder than the system gave them credit for, and the system kept losing the work.
He partnered with Aneesh (engineering backbone) to build what he'd always wished existed. A system that works leads the way the best closers do. Never forgets. Never burns out. Never quits. That's Automotive AI.
the founders
Came up on the floor. Vehicle delivery, then sales. Learned dealership ops the hard way. Designs the product around how cars actually get sold.
Started his first auto-sales business at 25. Lived the 14-hour days. Handles operations, partnerships, and the realities of dealership life.
Documents real-life use cases for the AI co-pilot. Writes the agent prompts and shapes how the AI talks to your customers.
Engineering backbone. Architecture, scaling, and the backend that keeps every conversation, follow-up, and credit pull stable at volume.
what we stand for
We speak the industry because we lived the grind. What we promise is what we ship. No outlandish claims.
Product designed to produce measurable outcomes: reactivated leads, booked appointments, closed deals.
Built it simple because we needed it simple. Even the team member who hates technology is productive on day one.
Don't disappear after the sale. Celebrate wins, coach process, answer the phone. Partners, not vendors.
six things dealers ask before signing
Most BDC teams cost $30,000 to $40,000 a month all-in. Our AI Essentials tier is $1,500 CAD a month per rooftop. Same lead volume, no turnover, no sick days, no retraining. Dealers usually keep one or two human reps for warm conversations and let the AI handle the rest.

why we built this
Not because it was a good business idea. Because we needed it. Every dealership deserves a system that works as hard as they do. That's the whole premise.
